Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, network, or system administration will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience with Linux and UNIX-based systems management and operations.
∎ Proficiency in Python and shell scripting for automation, system monitoring, and task management.
∎ Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.
∎ Knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS.
∎ Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and IT compliance standards.
∎ Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and security.
∎ Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Oversee updates, patches, backups, and routine maintenance of IT systems.
∎ Manage and maintain networking equipment (switches, routers, IP phones) and ensure optimal network performance.
∎ Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues, including managing active directory and cloud services.
∎ Support surveillance systems, access control devices, and assist with IT projects such as system migrations and upgrades.
∎ Work with vendors on IT procurement and maintain thorough documentation.
∎ Identify and implement opportunities to improve IT operations, staying current with emerging technologies.
