∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA
∎ Skills Required: Network Engineering

∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, Configure and Manage Cisco Router, ASA Firewall, Mikrotik Router.
∎ Ability to Install Linux, Oracle Linux, Windows 7,8,10, Windows Server 2008R2, Windows 2012, Windows 2016 and windows server 2019.
∎ installation of CC Camera /IP Camera/ IP Phone set up and maintain/ monitoring DVR device
∎ Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and related applications.
∎ Install, configure and troubleshooting VC device
∎ Installing new software releases, evaluating and installing patches.
∎ Install, configure and Troubleshoot/ maintenance of any wireless device installations, wireless access points and client issues from the office and on site.
∎ Hands-on installation, configuration, and testing of network infrastructure equipment.
∎ Must have working experience with Hardware & network (Router, switch, Firewall, Server), Software, Scanner, Printer and Photocopier faults.
∎ Ability to solve Hardware & software problem of any Desktop, Laptop, iPad, iMac, MacBook etc.
∎ Manage internal partners and vendors for identification and resolution of issues.
∎ Solid understanding about LAN, MAN, WAN, SAN.
∎ Provides guidance, installation, and support of new technology solutions.
∎ Handling additional jobs/Responsibilities assigned by Authority.
∎ Monitor and analyze Syslog data and identify network faults and security holes.
∎ Network monitoring system like Solar Winds, Nagios, Cacti, MRTG etc.
∎ Good phone etiquette, ability to provide excellent customer service.
∎ Ability to work under pressure (Day/Night Schedule).
∎ Follow up on work done.
∎ Travel to Regional offices and clinics for troubleshooting of IT related issues.
∎ Diagnose and resolve end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems and e-mail, internet, remote access, and local-area network access problems.
∎ Perform regular backup of data, restores, and performs disaster recovery. Ensure up-to-date virus protection.
∎ Prepares IT reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
