Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from any public or private university or institution or professional body.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Back office software management.
∎ Network trouble shooting, network maintenance and network cabling.
∎ Monitoring and Troubleshooting IP Network.
∎ Configure, install and maintain IT infrastructure, switch, router and firewalls etc.
∎ Software Installation and Configuration for the above
∎ Maintenance, update & configure mail servers, file servers & other server related issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have good knowledge in IT troubleshooting, Computer hardware troubleshooting.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Calm, polite and professional behavior.
∎ Ability to learn and adapt to change.
∎ Willingness to work in a team and ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
