Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support, Database Engineer/ Database Programmer, Hardware Engineer, IT Support Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their desktop, laptop, wireless router, scanners, printers and other IT assets
∎ Manage virus threats applying cloud-based anti-virus policies
∎ Setup and maintain company's computer network which includes LAN and WAN network
∎ Ensure local area network connection setup and network cabling and testing
∎ Ensure basic IT support, such as PC troubleshooting, official user email/ Outlook configuration, PC problem finding, printer (network/ share) installation and troubleshooting
∎ Support ERP users like setup/ update/ report delivery/ troubleshooting etc.
∎ Assist to manage and update IT inventory, documentation and monthly report for the management
∎ Setup, maintain and monitor CCTV camera, IP camera, DVR & NVR
∎ Setup, maintain and monitor PA system
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the supervisor / management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Prefer to have skill on any attendance device and software configuration, Insert, delete, Update employee information into access control device
∎ Basic knowledge about windows base active directory server, Mikrotik router and Fortinet firewall skills is desired
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Sound negotiation skills and analytical ability
∎ Target oriented and self motivated
∎ Ability to handle difficult situation
