Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc with Computer Science from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide user level technical support (Hardware/ Software) for smooth function of computers, printers, security surveillance and internet service as per direction by the department head or as and when necessary;
∎ To assist end user to update system regularly and monitor including: Spyware, Malware removal and testing, Virus checking, ensuring Data backup etc;
∎ To travel as needed or requested to field offices to help address IT related service or support;
∎ To provide adequate support to run and smooth operation of Cloud based applications and help in developing ERP;
∎ To maintain network related services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Mail (SMTP, POP, IMAP), Squid (Proxy), HTTP, FTP, printing, data share, remote access, etc.;
∎ To support in regular data backup & manage crisis situations which may involve complex technical issues on hardware or software;
∎ To evaluate the requirements and do basic analysis for any IT related purchase requirements in factory;
∎ To manage smooth operation of attendance device;
∎ To support in establishing digital presence of company profile such as website, LinkedIn, Facebook or any other platform;
∎ Any other task given by the management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years) relevant experience. Experience may be relaxed for the deserving candidate.
∎ Age 25 to 30 year(s) age may be relaxed for the deserving candidate.
∎ Good knowledge of Oracle Database, MS Office
∎ Certificate on CCNA to be added an advantage
