Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, software, system, network, printer, scanner, etc.
∎ Providing technical support (physically or remotely) on call basis and in schedule.
∎ Configure and troubleshoot Email.
∎ Recommending and implementing time demanding technology.
∎ Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
∎ Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
∎ Configuring & monitoring of CCTV, IP Camera, access control, time attendance devices and software.
∎ Maintaining records of software licenses.
∎ Managing stocks of all IT accessories.
∎ Following policies provided by the organization.
