Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Diploma in Computer in Computer Science
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing Operating System Microsoft Windows, Office, and other software.
∎ Having experience in web development-related tasks.
∎ Sound knowledge of hardware, troubleshooting, printer, scanner, and projector-related services.
∎ Setting up new user accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
∎ Install and setup Club ERP Software Solutions according to the requirement of the concerned department.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer & network accessories, connections, regularly and resolve normal & complex issues as per guideline provided by the Manager, IT.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining Club ERP Software Systems and resolve user issues.
∎ Cabling and Crimping network cables & connectors as per requirements.
∎ To have conversations with users through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
∎ Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
∎ Respond to any IT-related problems within agreed time limits to call-outs and provide on-call service in case of emergency.
∎ Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with the club employees and other professionals, e.g., software developers.
∎ Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the authority.
