∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ B. Sc. in CSE/EEE/ECE from any reputed Public/ Private University.

∎ At least 1-2 years in IT infrastructure/ support, preferably in LPG/ Oil & Gas/ Similar or Heavy Industry.
∎ Must be good in communication, teamwork & interpersonal skill.
∎ Adaptable to changes & new technologies.
∎ Mindset to follow regular SOP.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
∎ Check internet connectivity and resolve by communicating with ISP.
∎ Handling end user issues and supporting them to solve them according to the SLA.
∎ Implement security measures, patches and policies in devices as per group requirements.
∎ Continuous monitoring of security protocols for non-violation and keep watch for alerts.
∎ Enable high level of security protocol across the location according to the company policies.
∎ Participate in IT audits, both Internal and from Group, and prepare reporting for the same.
∎ Keeping up to the periodic reporting requirements according to the policy needs.
