Job Summary: We are looking for a young, motivated IT & ERP Executive to oversee and manage ERP operations at our Noakhali factory. The selected candidate will focus exclusively on factory-level IT & ERP management, ensuring smooth data flow across production, inventory, and logistics modules.

This role involves extensive data input, management, and processing — similar to that of a data analyst — to ensure accurate reporting and operational transparency.

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the factory’s IT & ERP system daily.
• Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data across production, inventory, and dispatch modules.
• Generate and analyze operational reports for factory management.
• Ensure that all systems and software are updated and working efficiently.
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies, ensuring real-time accuracy.
• Coordinate with production and accounts departments to synchronize ERP data.
• Support continuous improvement of ERP-related workflows and reporting systems.
• Ensure all ERP entries are completed on time and with zero errors.
• Requirements
• Age: within 35yrs, Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in IT & ERP support.
• Education: BSc or MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous ERP, data entry, or data analysis experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
