Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical assistance and resolve issues regarding networks as well as systems
∎ Manage IT fixed asset life cycle, movement record and IT store maintenance
∎ Train staff members on troubleshooting and revise training manuals for new and updated software and hardware
∎ Analyze system errors and prepare reports to ensure resolution
∎ Assign task to IT helpdesk engineers based on the queries
