∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Networking Hands on experience including Network Design, Trouble shooting, Cabling, Router/Switch configuration.·
∎ Must be have proper knowledge in CCTV installation & configuration.
∎ MCSE , CCNA, certified will be preferred.·
∎ Must have deep knowledge in IT Server.
∎ Candidate must have 5 to 7 years proven working Experience as IT officer or similar position in any recognized Hotel in Bangladesh
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Days Hotel, a well reputated hotel in the city of Dhaka is looking for an Executive IT who is an expert in internet connection , Wifi setup and networking activities ·
∎ Supervise all daily and weekly IT procedures.
∎ Design and Implement Preventive Maintenance for all IT hardware & Software.
∎ Will be fully in charge of IT Dept and all of its related issues.
∎ Checking daily backups, all system interfaces,
∎ Server hardware and logs.·
∎ Work and manage suppliers for any Software/ Hardware conflicts.·
∎ Follow up all claims that are being forwarded to IT Dept.· Document,
∎ archive all correspondence and troubleshooting, follow up suppliers' visits and maintenance.·
∎ Develop and adapt any ideas that bring IT services to higher management.·
∎ Recover any gaps that might face IT Dept and come up with plans to advance its operations.·
∎ Assist existing/new properties when it is required.·
∎ Must be capable in configure & troubleshoot microtik router.
