Job Responsibilities:
∎ IT Infrastructure Management:
∎ Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, and other IT applications.
∎ Oversee all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to network printers, LaserJet printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, face attendance devices, access control devices, multimedia projectors, etc.
∎ Maintain IP/PABX solutions with support whenever required.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems related to LAN and internet connectivity products, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
∎ Technical Support:
∎ Provide technical support for the in-house call center department, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain PC, laptops, UPS, printers, IP PABX, IP surveillance, and other IT devices.
∎ IT Security:
∎ Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data and IT infrastructure by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures.
∎ Familiarity with antivirus software and ability to rescue a system infected with viruses.
∎ Monitor, track, and document all IT-related problems to ensure timely resolution.
∎ Operating Systems:
∎ Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems in different versions.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest operating system updates and patches and ensure they are applied to all relevant systems.
∎ Communication and Collaboration:
∎ Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
∎ Document all technical solutions and ensure they are shared with the appropriate stakeholders.
∎ Provide constant support in the required areas instructed by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Manage Microsoft Office365 license.
∎ Excellent communication & negotiation skills in Bengali and English
∎ Organized with the ability to priorities and focus on what is important.
∎ Excellent computer literacy on MS Word, Excel and good typing skill on both Bijoy Bangla & English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with team sprite.
