Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, servers, and networks.
∎ Monitor and manage the organization’s network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, CCTV and Access Control.
∎ Maintain company website properly and update website as per company needs.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity or network-related issues.
∎ Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for software and hardware issues.
∎ Oversee procurement, installation, and configuration of hardware and software for the organization.
