Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and coordinate all IT-related matters including data server, wireless communication, mobile technology, telephony, security, and computer hardware and software.
∎ Trouble-shooting relate to hardware, software, and network.
∎ Installing and configuring all computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners etc according to specification
∎ Identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technological solutions for all aspects of the company.
∎ Benchmark the current IT service standards and IT policies and take steps to improve practices
∎ Monitor network utilization and performance , implement procedure for network optimization, reliability, and availability
∎ Developing and maintaining local network in way that optimize performance. Ensure security and privacy of network and computer system.
∎ Identify problematic area and implement strategic solution in time
∎ Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
∎ Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
∎ Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.).
∎ Maintain record of repaired and fixed equipment.
