Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and resolve IT help desk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation and closure.
Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, applications, and peripherals.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
Ensure network security, including antivirus updates, firewalls, and patch management.Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, repairs, and service agreements.
Support IT project implementation and upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT tools and best practices.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection standards.
