Strong Analytical and Quantitative skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong Communication and Organizational skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Perform all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential vendors, pricing trends, and alternative sourcing opportunities.
Manage overall direction, coordination and evaluation of procurement for the organization.
Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business.
Assist in creating procurement related policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation.
Assist in tracking procurement budgets and ensuring alignment with overall financial targets.
Ensure compliance with regulations and practices by maintaining an ethical stance.
Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries, examine and test existing contracts.
Proper recording through ERP System and reconcile on timely manner.
