Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure timely and accurate setup of customer accounts in the system.
Responsible for the full-cycle revenue accounting processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Timely reconciliation of revenue data across systems, reducing discrepancies and ensuring audit readiness.
Ensure revenue is recognized accurately and in line with GACS and RMS.
Manage customer billing disputes efficiently, with accurate reporting to reduce revenue leakage.
Generate timely and accurate revenue reports for internal stakeholders, aiding in decision-making and forecasting.
