Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least two (02) years of experience in assembling, configuring, and troubleshooting CPUs, laptops, printers, motherboards, UPS systems, and other computer hardware-related devices.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and Mac platforms.
∎ Manage and maintain endpoint protection systems, Active Directory (AD), NAS, file servers, CCTV, NVR, PABX, and IP phones.
∎ Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
