• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Communication Engineering

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Sound understanding of infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, operating systems, and databases.
• Familiarity with virtualization, data center operations, and monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, BI tools, and basic familiarity with design or video editing tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to client premises or events as needed.
• Ability to work independently within a focused, effort-driven team environment.
• Able to work under the supervision of senior functional and departmental leadership.

• Support account management for 24/7/365 duty planning and infrastructure operations.

• Operate and maintain the Dashboard—a unified platform for infrastructure monitoring and control.

• Configure and manage NMS server (Cacti, Libra).

• Manage various servers and services for the infrastructure.

• Assist in managing infrastructure policies, including upgrades, documentation, implementation, and revision.

• Facilitate integration of infrastructure components such as nodes, OS, databases, storage systems, and fabric.

• Coordinate with account managers from other teams to ensure aligned service delivery.

• Prepare monthly operational and performance reports for infrastructure accounts.

• Maintain responsibility for the internal and external affairs of the assigned infrastructure account.

• Collaborate with various teams and functions to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
