- Age 25 to 30 years
- Sound understanding of infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, operating systems, and databases.
- Familiarity with virtualization, data center operations, and monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, BI tools, and basic familiarity with design or video editing tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to client premises or events as needed.
- Ability to work independently within a focused, effort-driven team environment.
- Able to work under the supervision of senior functional and departmental leadership.
Responsibilities & Context:
Support account management for 24/7/365 duty planning and infrastructure operations.
Operate and maintain the Dashboard—a unified platform for infrastructure monitoring and control.
Configure and manage NMS server (Cacti, Libra).
Manage various servers and services for the infrastructure.
Assist in managing infrastructure policies, including upgrades, documentation, implementation, and revision.
Facilitate integration of infrastructure components such as nodes, OS, databases, storage systems, and fabric.
Coordinate with account managers from other teams to ensure aligned service delivery.
Prepare monthly operational and performance reports for infrastructure accounts.
Maintain responsibility for the internal and external affairs of the assigned infrastructure account.
Collaborate with various teams and functions to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
