∎ Diploma in Engineering in Information Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Diagnosing office Desktop PC, laptop, printer and solving hardware/software faults and replacing the parts as and when required
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
∎ Providing IT support to the end-users and solving technical problems in both a stand-alone and a network environment
∎ Upgrade user application software, antivirus & others as per business needs.
∎ Provide Support & service for Network Printer, Shared printers, Scanner, UPS, Wi-Fi Router & all kinds of IT equipment.
∎ MikroTik, Router, switch, Wi-Fi, AP installation, maintenance & troubleshooting.
∎ Should have strong knowledge of the LAN, WAN & Wi-Fi network.
∎ Microsoft Outlook installation, configuration & maintenance by on-site support or remotely.
∎ Installation, configuration & troubleshooting CCTV/IP cameras & time attendance.
∎ Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
∎ Time management skills, Strong interpersonal and communications skills, Strong strategic thinking ability along with good analytical skills, networking skills, and must be a Team Player.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
