Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set up SOP, process flow chart & process re-engineering to improve the different process.
∎ Draft and design layout of equipment & workspace to reduce cost & non-value-added job.
∎ Analyze productivity and improve the system by implementing the kaizen process.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of washing production of the factory.
∎ Plan & control of wet process & various types of garment washing.
∎ Execute cost-cutting both in dry-process and wet-process.
∎ Minimize wastage in all possible process .
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine, and material in the wet process section.
∎ Do proper utilization of manpower, well-train up the operators, process development & analysis.
∎ Check the non-productive time and take initiative to minimize non-productive time.
∎ Coordinate with Planning & Production Teams on achieving optimum production.
