Industrial & Production Engineering, Lean Management, SEWING
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to ensure production target of the lines as per production plan;
∎ Assist to ensure line balancing as per layout;
∎ Properly doing motion study for all styles;
∎ Assist to prepare SMV database for all styles;
∎ Assist to ensure optimum utilization of Man and Machine;
∎ Prepare & maintain weekly NPT report and assist to ensure possible NPT reduction;
∎ Assist to review operators' skill level (monthly) and provide corrective action plan along with the proposal of training for potential workers;
∎ Assist to prepare workers' assessment report (quarterly) to use the same for personal and organizational development or improvement;
∎ Assist to communicate with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity;
∎ Maintain production plan with capacity of shipment target;
∎ Assist to drive lean culture and practice KAIZEN regularly;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years

∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
