Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct time and motion studies to analyze the efficiency of current production processes.
∎ Identify areas for improvement and suggest changes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
∎ Implement Lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies.
∎ Monitor production progress and provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ Optimize resource utilization, including associates, machinery, and materials.
∎ Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
∎ Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
