Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to check all process SMV included in bulletin according to GSD.
∎ Maintain & Participate on risk analysis and PP meeting to identify the risk of all new styles.
∎ Assist to improve SMV by process improvement, innovation and update into GSD.
∎ Prepare paper layout and setup line according to layout to optimize resources and efficiency.
∎ Follow-up workload of sewing are equally balanced and human utilization.
∎ Assist to work with pre-production team to mitigate identified risk at the sample stage.
∎ Follow-up all bulk sewing methods when production running.
∎ Assist to maintain lines properly to achieve the planned efficiency.
∎ Assist to take skill test of sewing operator and ironer according to evaluation procedure & update skill matrix.
∎ Assist to save SMV by introducing new method development & innovation.
∎ Follow up the Supervisors daily routine & their work actions.
∎ Assist to take initiatives for KAIZAN culture.
∎ Assist to perform daily GEMBA walk & conduct process audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have proper knowledge & training on GSD.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
