• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Graduation in Industrial Engineering/Textile Engineering or relevant subject from any reputed University.

• Collect production data, efficiency metrics, and downtime information from various production lines.

• Validate all incoming data by cross-checking with actual production performance and resolve discrepancies.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production performance, efficiency, and machine utilization for management review.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, WIP (Work-in-Process), and resource usage in real-time.

• Update and maintain data systems regularly to ensure accuracy and reflect up-to-date production figures.

• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas requiring improvement for operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with production, cutting, sewing, and finishing teams to ensure accurate data collection and timely reporting.

• Troubleshoot data entry issues and resolve discrepancies in the data collection and reporting process.

• Support Industrial Engineering improvement projects by providing relevant data analysis and insights.

• Audit the accuracy of data entry periodically to ensure compliance with SOPs and detect any anomalies.

• Safeguard sensitive production data by ensuring confidentiality and preventing unauthorized access.

• Train team members on data entry protocols, system usage, and reporting procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• Create ad-hoc reports based on specific requests from management for deeper insights into production processes.

• Identify opportunities for automating data entry and reporting tasks to improve process efficiency.
