∎ Proficient in Excel for data analysis, reporting and process optimization.
∎ Assisting in process analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Supporting the implementation of efficiency-driven process improvement.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leading Tent Manufacturing group of companies involved in diversified business is looking for Executive for its Industrial Engineering Department. The candidate must have minimum 01-02 years working experience in respective field.
∎ Analyze daily production data to identify inefficiencies and suggest immediate corrective actions.
∎ Monitor floor-wise efficiency and ensure adherence to the planned production targets.
∎ Maintain and update standard minute value (SMV) for all operations on the floor.
∎ Conduct motion studies to streamline worker movements and improve productivity.
∎ Ensure effective line balancing to minimize idle time and optimize workflow.
∎ Coordinate with supervisors and operators to implement process improvement.
∎ Regularly evaluate operator performance and suggest necessary training or upskilling.
∎ Ensure compliance with approved production methods and quality standards.
∎ Support floor management in achieving KPIs such as efficacy, DHU, and output targets.
