∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker. Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities. Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives. Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare layout by discussing with management.
∎ Identify the bottleneck & check critical operation.
∎ Check pilot run and identify the critical areas.
∎ Check line efficiency report and provide feedback of line problem.
∎ Identify deficiency areas and attend meeting with management to solve the same.
∎ Make the skill matrix for operators.
∎ Monitor low efficiency operators physically and take corrective action.
∎ Publish Efficiency reports & Calculate pre Standard Minute Value (SMV) for order forecast by buyer and for production plan and give costing of SMV for order pricing.
∎ Check & follow-up each production report by weekly & monthly and verify its accuracy.
