Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare layout by discussing with management;
∎ Identify the bottleneck & check critical operation;
∎ Check pilot run and identify the critical areas;
∎ Check line efficiency report and provide feedback of line problem;
∎ Identify deficiency areas and attend meeting with management to solve the same;
∎ Make the skill matrix for operators;
∎ Monitor low efficiency operators physically and take corrective action;
∎ Publish Efficiency reports & calculate pre standard minute value (SMV) for order forecast by buyer and for production plan and give costing of SMV for order pricing;
∎ Check & follow-up each production report by weekly & monthly and verify its accuracy.

∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
