Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct time and motion studies to analyze the efficiency of current production processes.
Identify areas for improvement and suggest changes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Implement Lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies.
Monitor production progress and provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Optimize resource utilization, including associates, machinery, and materials.
Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
