• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering Or Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) from reputed university.

• At least 3 years

• Age At least 25 years

• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Check all process correct SMV included in bulletin according to GSD.
• Participation to risk analysis and PP meeting to identify the risk of all new styles.
• Improve SMV by process improvement\ innovation and update into GSD.
• Prepare paper layout and setup line according to layout to optimize resources and efficiency.
• Follow-up workload of sewing are equally balanced and human utilization.
• Work with pre-production team to mitigate identified risk at the sample stage.
• Follow-up all bulk sewing methods when production running.
• Make lines properly balanced to achieve over the planned efficiency.
• Take skill test of Finishing ironer according to evaluation procedure & update skill matrix.
• Save SMV by introducing new method development & innovation.
• Communicate with respective cross functional teams on corrective actions of any failure found it above processes.
• If any discrepancies happen need to inform Manager-IE to get action.
• Follow up the Supervisors Daily routine & their work actions.
• Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies, Buyer requirements and laws of the Land.
• Drive KAIZAN culture.
• Perform daily GEMBA walk & conduct process audit.
• Perform plan problem solving & continuous improvement session weekly with the Team members.
• Maintain required MIS report. (Management Information System)
