Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare SMV and update SMV database based on method improvement.
∎ Participation to risk analysis and PP meeting to identify the risk of all new styles.
∎ Follow-up workload of cutting are equally balanced and human utilization.
∎ Follow-up all bulk cutting methods when production running.
∎ Check fabrics consumption after first cutting and communicating with merchandiser.
∎ Setup processes and process targets in cutting to monitor output.
∎ Take skill test of operator & update skill matrix.
∎ Verification of Trims & accessories consumption, If any discrepancy found communicate with Merchant.
∎ Maintain 5S in MCD & Cutting section.
∎ Implement and maintain EOS.
∎ Save SMV by introducing new method development & innovation.
∎ Communicate with respective cross functional teams on corrective actions of any failure found it above processes.
∎ If any discrepancies happen need to inform Assistant Manager-IE to get action.
