Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering

• BSc in Textile Engineering/ Industrial Engineering from any reputed university.

• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Collaborate with management to prepare and finalize the cutting layout for efficient workflow.

• Ensure the allocation of budgeted manpower across all operation lines in the cutting section.

• Conduct a thorough check of critical operations within the first 7 days to ensure quality and productivity standards.

• Identify problems related to line performance and provide feedback to the relevant authorities for quick resolution.

• Oversee and verify the line feeding process, ensuring that the correct methods are followed to maintain operational efficiency.

• Identify bottlenecks in the cutting process and work on solving them to ensure smooth workflow.

• Track and evaluate individual performance in the cutting section to ensure optimal worker efficiency.

• Check and monitor pilot run to identify any critical areas that need improvement before full-scale production.

• Ensure that the line feeding sheets are accurately maintained and updated regularly.

• Monitor newly appointed operators, ensuring their capacity, capability, and handling skills align with the section`s requirements.

• Issue cage placement instructions in coordination with the Manager to ensure proper handling and movement of materials.

• Participate in and facilitate meetings with line management to address issues related to low efficiency and suggest corrective measures.

• Maintain and ensure accuracy in critical reports including Line-wise input status, Daily cutting forecast and achievement report, cutting status report & Print & Embroidery send-receive status report etc.

• Prepare and submit daily reports on cutting efficiency, ensuring management is updated on performance metrics.

• Ensure the implementation of standard cutting operations and follow up on adherence to these processes.

• Work closely with other departments (Production, IE, and Operations) to ensure seamless coordination for achieving production targets.
