Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Ensure pre- production activities like as 3P check list, critical process training & critical Machine set.
∎ • Ensure proper line balancing and capacity of the line.
∎ • Make paper layout & visual layout before 3 days of line layout.
∎ • Make capacity graph & balance the graph properly & ensure line capacity as per plan.
∎ • Finding out the bottleneck point & ensure removal of bottleneck by using Motion study, Method study, Capacity study & Workplace arrangement.
∎ • Evaluating new operator skill and taking interview.
∎ • Automation & Innovation & work for sustaining work simplification & SMV reduce.
∎ • Reduce COT as per target plan & lead the team to achieve the COT target.
∎ • Ensure & work for reduce NPT in all surrounding areas.
∎ • Ensure & utilization of Man, Machine & Materials & reduce cost by using IE tools.
∎ • Skill development of Operators and supervisors & ensure skill Matrix of each operators.
∎ • Identify the training needs of the employees and get them trained as like as supervisors & line
