∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Industrial Eng & Production
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Proven experience in process optimization, workflow improvement, and productivity enhancement, preferably in the garment/textile industry.
∎ Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data.
∎ Proficiency in using IE tools like time study, motion study, and line balancing.
∎ Knowledge of production planning, capacity analysis, and quality control.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manpower count & set the table wise manpower
∎ Target/achievement needs to inform each line supervisor and executives & Target Set with RIB & Heat seal
∎ Bottleneck solving by studying production documents
∎ Capacity study/ Production studyTable & Heat seal & Rib table-wise production follow-up
∎ Lost time analysis & data entry
∎ Extra over time Follow up & meeting
∎ In ERP barcode tracking system follow up
∎ Incentive follow-up & make bill
∎ Follow-up cutting WIP printing, Embroidery also
∎ Regular Basis style analysis & make operation bulletin (SMV)
∎ Follow up All Board kpi board Make report Monthly , Weekly & Daily Basis- KPI , Weekly reason & Style closing report & Variation DIA VS GSM, Justification follow up & Report.
∎ Manpower count & set the table wise manpower
