∎ Time study, Production study & Capacity study.
∎ Line balancing, completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
∎ Take necessary steps to minimize wastage and loss in all operating areas.
∎ Adopt best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better efficiency, productivity and ensure optimization of resources.
∎ Analysis root cause of low production and collect lost time against low production and clarify.
