Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Accumulate the CMT (Cut, Make & Trim) and productivity details for all new development styles based on garment sketch or samples and provide CMT to merchandising department.
∎ • Ensure 100% Preparations of Operation breakdowns for costing purpose for next 2 month.
∎ • Saving Bulk SMV from Costing SMV
∎ • Emphasize on GEMBA to simplify work.
∎ • Video analysis to adjust the SMV for different processes.
∎ • Ensure 100% Preparations of Thread Consumption for next 2 month.
∎ • Ensure 100% Preparations of Accessories Consumption for next 2 month.
∎ • Partner with cross-functional teams to include Merchandising, Sourcing, Technical Design and other production units to ensure all phases of division objectives from initial design to final product are being achieved.
∎ • Making Efficiency report, Man Machine ratio report and MIS Report .
∎ • Monitor and suggest reduction ideas of SMV (Standard Minute Value) by construction simplification related to seam and method without affecting the actual appearance of sample.
∎ • Work in a fast-paced environment with fast changing priorities; Address conflicts of interest and provide solutions.
