Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) drafting and record management;
∎ Assist to conduct counseling, coaching, mentoring for non-performing employees and initiate for Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and maintain proper database;
∎ Assist in different program formulation & its implementation;
∎ Coordinate people management team for performance evaluation program;
∎ Assist to maintain OE (Organizational Excellence)/HR developmental/HR R&D related tasks to create a desired culture;
∎ Assist to ensure automation on HR issues;
∎ Analyze the vacancy status in the group and assist for recruitment & selection to fulfill the vacancy;
∎ Prepare appointment letter, approval note and provide appointment letter & other documents to newly recruited staffs;
∎ Ensure that staffs' Personal Files with all related documents are processed, maintained and updated timely;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good at MS Applications
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
