∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
∎ • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
∎ • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ • Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
∎ • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Human Resources Executive will provide support to the HR department by performing various administrative tasks. This role involves assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The HR Executive will be responsible for handling routine HR tasks, maintaining records, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment Support:
∎ Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
∎ Employee Records Management:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR documents, such as employment contracts and confidentiality agreements.
∎ Benefits Administration:
∎ Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Collaborate with the HR team in administering employee benefits programs.
∎ Time and Attendance:
∎ Track and manage employee attendance records, including time-off requests and approvals. Generate reports related to attendance and work closely with payroll to ensure accurate processing.
∎ Training and Development:
∎ Assist in coordinating training sessions and development programs for employees. Maintain training records and track employee participation in various training initiatives.
∎ HR Communication:
∎ Assist in preparing HR-related communications, including announcements, policy updates, and employee newsletters. Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
∎ Compliance and Reporting:
∎ Contribute to the preparation of HR reports and analytics. Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
∎ General Administrative Support:
∎ Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling phone calls. Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
