∎ Skills Required: Analytical, Communication skill, interpersonal and leadership skill, Negotiation Persuasion Skills, Presentation skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HRM, Learning and Development, Training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate, facilitate and conduct training/staff development programs and activities
∎ Identify and assess current & future training needs through Training Need Analysis (TNA) in consultation with the Head of Departments
∎ Develop appropriate training programs and plans to ensure all employees have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
∎ Evaluate training program's effectiveness through pre & post evaluation of each training.
∎ Plan and design annual training calendar and arrange training program as per plan.
∎ Ensure Competency Mapping of each employee
∎ Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners and coordinate induction program.
∎ Source and obtain specialist assistance to conduct external training if needed.
∎ Develop design, produce and implement new training programs/modules to meet specific business need

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
