∎ Skills Required: Analytical, Communication skill, interpersonal and leadership skill, Negotiation Persuasion Skills, Presentation skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HRM, Learning and Development, Training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct Training as per schedule
∎ To conduct pre & post evaluation of each training
∎ To ensure Training Need Analysis (TNA) of each employee
∎ To prepare yearly training calendar
∎ To ensure Competency Mapping of each employee
∎ To conduct factory orientation of new Joiner
∎ To coordinate external training
∎ To develop new training module as per business need

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
