Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain, establish, and implement necessary protocols and policies of the organization guided by the management
∎ Recruit the self-motivated, experienced and industry leading top talents who will be able to achieve the growth targets of the company and work under pressure
∎ Monitor the daily attendance of the employees and record the leave management to make further analysis to the management.
∎ Monitor, update, and follow-up the attendance of the employees and leave management of the employees to ensure lower rate and achieve the targets.
∎ Ensure smooth generation of all disciplinary reporting, and others to ensure management requirements.
∎ Overview the preparation of the monthly salary and allowance of the employee.
∎ Arranging employee induction, onboarding activities of new employees.
∎ Implement the core HR practices under company policy to ensure professional HR services and continuously review the best practices.
∎ Ensure that all key HR functions (E.G. Recruitment, Succession Planning, HR Development, Leave Management, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Separation etc.) are effectively running to ensure proper HR management implementation & execution.
∎ Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development
∎ Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales
∎ Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
∎ Ensure activities meet with and integrate with Labor Law & organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies and general duty of care.
∎ Handle the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization.
∎ Develop and maintain healthy relation with Government and Non-Government Organizations for better and fast functioning of organization.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate HR Operations, General HR, Organizational Development, Performance Management System, Recruitment & Selection
∎ Skills Required: Bangladesh Labor Law, Performance Management System, Recruiting, Training & Development
