Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain recruitment and selection, placement of Top Management/Management Staff /Non Management Staff
∎ Handle employees motivation, mentoring and discipline
∎ Prepare and Update JD
∎ Personal file management and other documentation
∎ Grievance handling
∎ Conduct exit interview and compile the findings
∎ LTO/Absenteeism Analysis
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ at least 1 year experience in the same position
∎ Good at MS Applications
∎ Candidates having Trainings in relevant area will get priority
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work
