Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure AFBL factory employee (Permanent & Daily) monthly salary.
∎ To ensure employee yearly promotion process.
∎ To ensure employee final payment.
∎ Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and others job portal etc.
∎ Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
∎ Conduct HR interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
∎ To ensure all recruitment files and personal files are maintained in an organized manner.
∎ Handling HR Operation and Disciplinary procedure & Grievance, Conflict employee relation issues as per labor law.
∎ To perform such other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by Top Management from time to time.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
