∎ Skills Required: Leadership and Good Communication skill.

Compensation and Benefits, General HR, HR Operations, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate all HR activities including recruitment & selection, onboarding, payroll management, training & development, leave and attendance, etc.
∎ Handling HR Operation and Disciplinary procedure & Grievance, Conflict employee relation issues as per labor law and company internal policies.
∎ Participate in development and update HR policies, procedures and guidelines as per Labor Law.
∎ Manage employee grievance and other personnel related issue.
∎ Update, and maintain employee files and HR documents in an efficient, timely, orderly, and confidential manner.
∎ Establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives.
∎ Preparation/Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR Issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Sound knowledge about Bangladesh Labor law-2006 and Rules-2015 with latest amendment.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Should have strong leadership and team management skill.
