∎ Employment Document Verification & Personal File Management.
∎ Vehicle management (Motorbike)
∎ Vendor management (Cleaning service providers, Pest control, Security service providers)
∎ Conducting HR Audit
∎ T&T Ph. Connection & Utility Service Mgt.
∎ Employee uniform management
∎ Assisting in Job confirmation process & maintain record.
∎ Arranging different employee engagement program
∎ Handling disciplinary action and solving employee grievances
∎ Outlet/Darkstore visit to look into safety, hygiene and compliance related issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Should have good communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Positive attitude to visit the Outlets frequently.
∎ Able to work in a team and independently.
