∎ BBA/MBA IN HRM
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure smooth and systematic HR, Admin and Compliance Practices as per Company Policy.
∎ HR Planning and Development - Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring & orientation
∎ HR Policy Formulation, Performance Management System, Talent Acquisition, HRIS Management, HR Audit & HR Budget.
∎ Management of staff transition - Probation, confirmation, increment, transfers
∎ Day-to-day administrative support - logistics, transport and security.
∎ To assist and coordinate with the team on regular basis.
∎ To update employee status on a daily basis.
∎ Help improve internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.
∎ To be effectively involved and active in workers' training.
∎ Monitor daily attendance, absent, leave of employees
∎ To prepare files of all employees and follow- up
∎ Handling of discipline, grievance and any other related issues along with relevant authorities.
∎ Help maintain a professional workspace
∎ Identify and recommend areas of improvement
∎ Oversees the daily workflow of the all departments.
∎ Maintaining employee and workplace privacy and confidentiality.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good IT skills
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bangla
∎ Prior experience in HR Management
∎ Good understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law
∎ Promote company values to others and support values in daily activities and decisions
∎ Ensure compliance to company, industry and regulatory standards
