Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage employee relations by addressing grievances
∎ Conduct investigations & meditating disputes to ensure a positive work environment
∎ Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
∎ Prepare and submit reports on general HR activities
∎ Handle day to day HR inquiries and requests from employees
∎ Monitor overall office discipline level for smooth execution of day to day work as per company policy
∎ Ensure compliance with labor law and company policy
∎ Perform any task assigned by management
