∎ Experience only for Sweater Factory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, selection & documentations,
∎ Management Personal file, Leave, Final Settlement, Any Others Bill.
∎ Handling of attendance software & pay roll management for sweater factory.
∎ Handling Social, Technical, and environmental Certification audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP,OCS,RCS,GOTS,
∎ Prepare & supervise all HR-related letters such as appointment letters, job descriptions, letters of confirmation, and letters for enhancement, performance appraisal, induction & orientation.
∎ Handling employee grievances employee relations & counseling.
∎ Assist in the development of strategic HR Policy, Procedures & Guidelines.
∎ To coordinate all recruitment processes to ensure timely selection & placement of right person in right place.
∎ Establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives.
∎ Facilitation and coordination of the performance review and employee development programs.
∎ Protect the interests of employees and the company by Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
∎ Training and development-related processes to meet the ultimate goal of the organization.
∎ To provide administrative & Logistics supports.
∎ Experience in Human Resources information system (HRIS).
∎ Any other job as assigned by the superior.
