Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidates have to ensure all official formalities (Flight Plans, Passenger manifest, etc) with the Civil Aviation Authority, Bangladesh for uninterrupted and timely dispatch of every flight and continue to keep the information about the flight until completion of each flight.
∎ Obtain actual weather conditions of the destinations from any reliable authority or from the representative of user/hirer/customer and advice accordingly.
∎ Obtain a satellite weather picture through the Internet.
∎ Obtain NOTAMs from the ATC and advice accordingly.
∎ Candidates have to inform concerned persons at the earliest about any change of flight schedule and take necessary actions with Civil Aviation Authority, Bangladesh as per requirements.
∎ Ensure all co-ordinations with the users/ clients about the preparation of the helipad, security arrangements, resting facilities, etc.
∎ Have to maintain a record of all events related to flight operations.
∎ Maintain adequate stock of necessary operational forms, such as Flight Plans, Journey Log Book, Passenger Manifests, Daily Flight Details, etc. He/ She is to also retain all flight plans accordingly.
∎ Maintain liaison between CAAB and the airways.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates have to be energetic, punctual, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
∎ Posses sound working knowledge in MS office.
∎ Excellent office management skills.
∎ Good oral and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Able to use Internet and smart gagdets effectively.
∎ Eager to take challenge and work under stress.
