Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the most accurate bulk finishing recipe to be provided to the Finishing Team along with the finishing specification.
∎ Responsible for zero recipe delays in dye production.
∎ Also fully committed to engage with Lawer automatic dispense operation in terms of the softener & other finishing chemical auto dispensing.
∎ Responsible for daily finishing production out put & hitting the daily targets.
∎ Responsible for managing Machine Operators in Shifts with ZERO negative impact in production.
∎ Responsible for generating of the daily production reports at the end of the shifts.
∎ Any other tasks assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Word, Excel.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
